Service Engineer - 22.02.2013

Our client is importer of machinery and printers for food industry.
The company have vacansy for Service Engineer.

Skills:
Technical:
- reading, understanding, explaining of technical documentation;
- knowledge how to work with Word and Power Point MS tools;
- driving license.
Soft:
- ability to provide patient explanation to details is expected;
- business communication skills;
- very good self-organization.
Other:
- English language on a very good level /written and spoken/ is necessary;
- ability to go on business trips in Bulgaria and abroad when it is neeed.

Background:
Educational:
- Technical education is a must.
Working:
- at least five years experience as a machinery technician.
Daily obligations will be:
- daily communication with client’s representative;
- providing technical support to the clients;
- distance problem resolving when there is a need;
- providing onsite product training to the clients;
- participating on product presentations for each client;
- constant communication with colleagues, manufacturers and the management team;
- daily, weekly and monthly reporting to the Manager.
